• Maintaining efficient operation of the branch
• Ensuring the best customer service
• Marketing the service and product lines
• Recruitment, training, management and motivation of staff
• Developing both new business relationships and expanding existing relationships
• Enforcing KNF&T's policies, procedures and standards

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years management experience (staffing industry experience strongly preferred), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are 100% women-owned and are conveniently located at Post Office Square in downtown Boston, just off Route 9 in Westborough, and at Riverside in Newton.
