The Business Development Manager must have the ability to handle multiple priorities as well as the ability to succeed in the context of a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities for KNF&T's Business Development Manager include:
- Identifying potential new business
- Building and growing client relationships
- Developing relationships and working with our company's service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Presenting staffing solutions at the Executive level and to Human Resources professionals
- Seeking out new business growth opportunities and preparing written proposals
- Ensuring contract implementation and understanding of service requirements
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding customer service skills along with a track record of building and growing relationships. (Staffing industry experience is a definite plus.)
