Responsibilities for KNF&T's OnSite Program Manager include:

• Coordinating with hiring mangers on job requisitions
• Submitting candidates to hiring executives
• Coordinating interview schedules
• Processing background investigations
• Conducting orientations
• Ensure follow-up and resolution of issues
• Managing national relationships
• Issuing reports and updates on staffing trends
• Providing exceptional, high-end customer service

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate recruiting or temporary staffing (5 + years experience preferred.) Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as proven outstanding customer service ability.
