Responsibilities for KNF&T's Permanent Placement Consultants include:

• Developing client relationships
• Marketing to potential new customers
• Managing client accounts and services
• Recruiting and identifying top candidates
• Referring appropriate candidates
• Coordinating the interview process
• Ensuring successful placement for clients and candidates
• Providing excellent customer service and follow-up on activity

Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. (Prior permanent placement or recruiting experience is preferred.)
