Responsibilities for KNF&T's Sales Manager include:

• Direct-Hire (Permanent) sales training and management
• Setting monthly goals with Recruiters
• Monitoring activity and ensure goals are met
• Individual staff meetings
• Leading weekly team meetings
• Establishing team incentives
• Developing a positive, committed and motivated team
• Assist with matching candidates and closing strategies
• Regular trouble-shooting

KNF&T offers an outstanding benefits and compensation packages, which equates to high earning potential. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years experience in sales or sales management, with a successful track record in the field of recruiting and placement.
