Responsibilities for KNF&T's Senior Staffing Consultant include:

• Client and candidate development
• Cultivating existing client relationships
• Marketing Activities
• Making client site and service visits
• Successful placement of temporary, temp-to-hire or contract positions
• Regular follow-up and data administration

Candidates should have at least 3 years staffing industry experience placing Office Support staff, Accounting & Finance, or HR professionals and should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience along with excellent communication skills.

We are 100% women-owned and are conveniently located at Post Office Square in downtown Boston, just off Route 9 in Westborough, and at Riverside in Newton.
