Responsibilities for KNF&T's Staffing Consultant include:

• Developing and managing client relationships
• Client site visits and meetings
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Developing a referral base
• Representing KNF&T at Job Fairs
• Referring appropriate candidates for temporary positions
• Handling orientation and follow-up
• Resolution of issues

Candidates should possess confidence and a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and 1 to 2 years office experience after college. Candidates should also have an interest in sales and marketing or recruiting.

We are 100% women-owned and are conveniently located at Post Office Square in downtown Boston, just off Route 9 in Westborough, and at Riverside in Newton.
