At KNF&T we take every step possible to ensure you are satisfied with each employee we place. Our recruiters use a rigorous selection and evaluation process to uncover the most qualified individuals. We also provide each of our candidates with free software training in our computer lab to further enhance their skills.

In addition, we guarantee all direct-hire and temporary placements as follows:
KNF&T extends a three-month guarantee for direct-hire placements. If the employee leaves or is terminated during the first 90 days of employment, KNF&T will refund the following:

100% of the fee   0-30 days
  50% of the fee 31-60 days
  25% of the fee 61-90 days

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the performance of a KNF&T temporary—for any reason—and notify us within 24 hours, we will replace the temporary as soon as possible and you will not be billed for the temporary who was replaced.
