Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Process all financial paperwork related to marketing expenses
  • Provide administrative and purchasing support for the marketing department
  • Assist with sourcing/purchasing as assigned
Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:
  • 2 years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred
  • 1-3 years of related office experience
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
