Responsibilities for the Marketing Communications Consultant:

  • Promote company goals
  • Manage employee policy and needs
  • Ensure proper enforcement of current State, Federal, and relevant International labor laws
  • Work with senior management in the ongoing development of HR strategy and policy
  • Monitor, train, and assist managers in their ongoing recruiting, evaluation, and separation duties
  • Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, recommending plan design and plan providers
  • Ensure proper oversight of policy (compensation, obligations, and regulations) and maintenance of company employment records
Requirements for the Marketing Communications Consultant:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
