Responsibilities

  • Schedule and provide support for webinar and video-conference events for selected client engagements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, scheduling, and content issues in real-time
  • Work with SEM to create, code, deploy, and report on pre- and post-tests for participants
  • Conduct and compile session and program evaluations and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Manage content for client portals
  • Create abstracts of articles and review and edit content for posting on the program portal
  • Understand program designs and schedules in detail; Anticipate and correct issues before they happen
  • Attend regular client meetings and provide timely follow up to address client needs
  • Assist Senior Engagement Managers in managing internal operations related to client programs and contractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a client or customer service oriented position
  • Ability to quickly become proficient with collaborative technologies such as WebEx and videoconferencing
  • A genuine interest in adult education and leadership development fields and in innovative uses of technologies
  • Ability to work some evenings and the occasional weekend
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
