Responsibilities for the Marketing Communications Coordinator:

  • Prepare targeted sales presentations and marketing campaigns specific to clients' needs or industry
  • Present to sales team on market research and competitors
  • Research opportunities to bid for new business and handle applications. Enter product in regional, national and international tech competitions.
  • Identify tech tradeshows and conferences, handle registration, attendance, scheduling, and materials for booths.
  • Some travel to tradeshows to staff the booth and pitch alongside the sales team

Requirements for the Marketing Communications Coordinator:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • 4 year degree in marketing, communications, PR or sales
  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Knowledge of sales cycles and marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to do client-facing pitches
