SUBSIDIZED HEALTH INSURANCE
You will become eligible to enroll in a subsidized health insurance plan once you have completed 125 hours of work in 4 consecutive weeks and as long as you are working a minimum of 31.25 hours each week. Enrollment forms will be mailed to you when you qualify. ACCESS TO DENTAL CARE
You will become eligible to enroll in our BCBS Dental Blue plan once you have completed 125 hours of work in 4 consecutive weeks and as long as you are working a minimum of 31.25 hours each week.
