Eligibility Requirements


To be eligible for nomination for KNF&T Staffing Resources’  Staffing Employee of the Quarter and  Staffing Employee of the Year, the employee must meet the following criteria:

  • The employee must be on assignment or have an ‘active’ status through KNF&T Staffing Resources
  • The employee must be on assignment for the entire quarter preceding his or her nomination for Staffing Employee of the Quarter
    •  For example, in order to be eligible for nomination for  Staffing Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2017, the employee must be actively employed through KNF&T Staffing Resources for all of January, February and March of 2017
  • The employee can be in a contract or a contract-to-hire position
  • If an eligible employee was previously nominated and won any of the four quarterly contests for KNF&T’s  Staffing Employee of the Quarter, the employee is no longer eligible for additional nominations for the remaining quarterly contests
  • The employee cannot have any reported performance issues while employed through KNF&T Staffing Resources
  • The employee cannot have been terminated from any previous assignment while employed through KNF&T Staffing Resources

Rules & Regulations


  • Only active contract employees of KNF&T Staffing Resources are eligible for nomination
  • An eligible employee can only be nominated by one of the Managers of KNF&T’s three temporary divisions:
    • Accounting & Finance Temporary Staffing division
    • Boston Temporary Staffing division
    • Westborough Temporary Staffing division
  • An eligible employee can be nominated for all four quarterly contests
  • A nominated employee is only eligible to win one of the four quarterly contests
    • Once a nominated employee wins one of the four quarterly contests, the winning nominee is no longer eligible for additional nominations
  • Each winning nominee of the four quarterly contests will be announced:
    • First Quarter winner: April 21, 2017
    • Second Quarter winner: July 14, 2017
    • Third Quarter winner: October 20, 2017
    • Fourth Quarter winner: January 12, 2018
  • Each winning nominee of KNF&T’s quarterly contest will win $100
  • The four winning nominees will automatically be entered for a chance to win:
    • KNF&T’s  Staffing Employee of the Year contest
    • Massachusetts Staffing Association’s Staffing Employee of the Year contest
    • National Staffing Association’s National Staffing Employee of the Year contest
  • The winner of KNF&T Staffing Resources’s 2016 Staffing Employee of the Year will:
    • be announced in February
    • will have his or her profile featured on KNF&T’s website, knft.com,  highlighted in KNF&T’s newsletter, The Right Fit, and posted on all of KNF&T’s social networks
    • will receive $150
  • If, at any time, a nominee who won one of KNF&T’s quarterly contests, has any reported performance issues or is terminated from his or her current assignment, the employee will no longer qualify and/or be eligible for the following:
    • he or she will no longer qualify to be a finalist for KNF&T’s Staffing Employee of the Year contest
    • he or she will no longer be eligible to be entered into the Massachusetts Staffing Association’s Staffing Employee of the Year contest
    • he or she will no longer be eligible to be entered into the  National Staffing Association’s National Staffing Association of the Year contest
