KNF&T Staffing Resources is happy to announce that Ally Rosenthal has been named the 1st quarter winner of KNF&T’s 2018 Staffing Employee of the Year contest.
Ally was living in New York when she decided to change jobs and move back to Boston. She knew she wanted a role in finance, but feared that she’d face a difficult job search. A friend referred her to KNF&T’s Accounting and Finance department, and within a few days, she had an interview set up with a KNF&T consultant, Jason, about possible job opportunities.
“I contacted Jason on a Wednesday and that following Friday, I came into the office to meet with him. He was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable being transparent with him about what I was looking for in my next role. Not only was he responsive, but he also did a great job of keeping me in the loop. Within a month, I was already starting my new job with a fantastic company.”
Ally was offered a contract role at a well-known investment firm in Boston’s Financial District. As the Analyst, she works in the Client Transaction Services department where she focuses on completing daily tasks and working on outstanding projects. She also has the opportunity to attend many meetings with several departments and team members and is learning a lot by working alongside her manager.
Jason noted that: “After getting a call from Ally’s manager, I was told that she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her manager raved that she has done such a remarkable job for their team that they have now started to ask her to go to more industry related events. Given her tremendous work ethic, they are thinking about extending her contract for a second time.”
Ally resides in Dorchester, MA and is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business as a Business and Finance major.
