This week, KNF&T’s President and CEO, Beth Tucker, spoke on the Leaderpreneur Panel Series hosted by Atlantic Consultants. Fellow panelists consisted of the CEO of Reflexion Networks and ManyMe.com, David Hughes, and the Co-Owner of Landry’s Bicycles, Tom Henry.
The lively discussion centered on how these individuals evolved from entrepreneurs to leaders, and spanned a variety of topics including what they would do the same or differently, turning points in their career, and advice to other CEOs.
It was insightful to hear the real-world lessons learned and the different journeys these CEOs took on the path to success. What stands out is that each of these leaders is still focused on improving and evolving their business. Maybe that’s what makes a true leader, after all.
