KNF&T Staffing Resources is excited to announce that Denny Diveley has been named the 2nd quarter winner of KNF&T’s 2016 Staffing Employee of the Year contest.
As part of Denny’s plan to relocate from New York City in early 2015, she began her search for a job and came across one of KNF&T’s online listings. She contacted KNF&T and was impressed with her initial interview. Denny notes that, “the Westborough staff were then, as they are now, professional, courteous, and as importantly, approachable.”
In the second quarter of 2016 she was placed in two contract positions for a medical device company – one of KNF&T’s largest clients. Amazingly, the second position is one that they created specifically for Denny, because she has been such a fantastic employee.
As Denny mentions, she believes “every effort to place me has been done with a great awareness for a best fit, both for the client and for the worker.” In addition to enjoying her coworkers and various projects, Denny also remarked that she appreciates being able to contribute to the important health-focused mission of her current organization.
Prior to syncing-up with KNF&T, Denny traveled all over North America as a trained geologist/vertebrate paleontologist. Following decades away from the northeast, she is happy to be home again. Denny is also active with the Massachusetts Geological Society and received her M.S. in Geology from Idaho State University.
