Beth Tucker, President of KNF&T, recommends an article from the Huffington Post, Retaining Employees: 5 Things You Need To Know.  This article gives great advice on how employers can keep their best employees around and show appreciation for them, even when there is trouble with the economy.  To retain employees, a few of the helpful suggestions are:

  1. Keep employees motivated
  2.  Pay well
  3.  Do not micromanage
  4. And lastly, provide a good working environment
