On Wednesday, October 14th, KNFT&T’s very own Senior Vice President of the Direct Hire Division and Diversity Search and Recruitment, Kim Dukes-Rivers, had the honor of moderating LeadBoston’s Leadership Commitments panel. Kim, a 2012 alumna of LeadBoston, asked the panelists about the challenges and victories they have encountered in their efforts to have a positive impact on both their organizations and communities.
“I am always excited to support LeadBoston,” Kim said. “I really enjoyed moderating the leadership panel because, as an open forum, people had the opportunity to learn about topics they would typically only hear about in their respective organizations. There was definitely a richness behind [the event].”
Among the panelists were Of Counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP, Paul W. Lee, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay President and CEO, Wendy A. Foster and Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce CEO, James Rooney.
LeadBoston is a YWCA based program which runs for 11 months and focuses on trends and issues that impact Boston’s social and economic vitality. Members of the program typically stem from corporate, public and non-profit mid-to-senior level executives.
