KNF&T Employee Honored as MSA 2018 Finalist

KNF&T is proud to announce that our temporary employee, Ally Rosenthal, was honored last week as a finalist in the Massachusetts Staffing Association (MSA) Staffing Employee of the Year Awards.

MSA’s Staffing Employee of the Year Awards provides the opportunity to honor a select group of staffing employees that are the heart and soul of our industry. We are so excited that Ally was among these outstanding finalists.

KNF&T’s consultant, Jason, stands with his outstanding contract worker

After living in New York for a year, Ally knew that she wanted to move back to Boston and search for a new job in finance. Finding a job in a new industry, however, can often be overwhelming. Luckily, a friend referred her to KNF&T’s accounting and finance department and within a month, Ally was offered a contract role at one of Boston’s most prestigious investment management firms.

Since starting her role as a Client Transaction Services Analyst, Ally has not only wowed her manager with her remarkable work ethic, but she has also been given the opportunity to take on more work, attend industry-related events, and participate in client meetings. She has also been offered two extensions on her contract position, further demonstrating her value and team impact.

Ally credits her recruiter, Jason Smith, for the opportunities that KNF&T has provided: “If it weren’t for Jason and KNF&T, I wouldn’t have found a job as quickly as I did. I had never worked with a staffing firm before, but I’m really happy with my decision to do so. The company where KNF&T placed me has given me so many opportunities and has allowed me to pursue a career in the financial services industry. I highly recommend KNF&T to anyone embarking on their next job search.”

We are so proud of Ally and her commendable accomplishments. Congratulations on being an MSA finalist!
