KNF&T’s Jason Smith Attends Career Day at Walsh Middle School in Framingham

Friday, May 30th KNF&T’s Senior Vice President, Jason Smith was a key presenter at Walsh Middle School in Framingham, MA for their annual Career Day. After a Welcome Breakfast, which was provided for students, faculty and Career Day volunteers and presenters,  Jason spoke to 7th and 8th grade students about his 20+ year career in the accounting and finance field and in the staffing industry.

Jason answered a wide range of questions from the students that covered everything  from what a typical day might be like to how his own education has helped him achieve his goals and to create a successful and fulfilling career.

“Having the opportunity to speak with 7th and 8th graders at Walsh Middle School about my job and my role at KNF&T Staffing resources was rewarding. The kids had great questions and we had a wonderful dialog about KNF&T and the types of positions that we help our clients fill.” says Jason.


Jason is no stranger to the Town of Framingham or Framingham Public Schools. In addition to being the parent of a Walsh Middle School 8th grader, Jason is serving his 9th year on the Framingham Board of Selectmen. He is a Board Member for the Resiliency for Life Program at Framingham High School, Vice President of Framingham Football and Cheerleading, on the Board of Director for the Massachusetts Bay State Travel Baseball program and coaches several teams in Framingham including teams for AAU Baseball, Framingham Babe Ruth Baseball, Post 74 Legion Baseball, Framingham YMCA travel Basketball and Framingham Football.



Jason Smith is a Senior Vice President with KNF&T Staffing Resources in Boston, MA. He has been with KNF&T for over nine years and is responsible for the management and direction of the Accounting & Finance Division.   Jason is a graduate of Framingham State University and currently serves on the Framingham Board of Selectmen.  He can be reached at 617-574-8200 or
