BOSTON, MA: KNF&T Staffing Resources is pleased to announce that MICHELLE LUM of Brighton, MA has been selected as the second quarter winner of KNF&T’s 2014 Staffing Employee of the Year contest.
Michelle, a Hawaiian native and 2013 graduate from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN, originally met with Erin Munson, Staffing Consultant for KNF&T’s Temporary Division, uncertain about the direction of her career. She was open to exploring different temporary work assignments across various industries in hopes of finding a long term fit.
“KNF&T has played a big part in my life since my move to Boston,” said Michelle. “Working with KNF&T gave me the opportunity to not only start working right away, but also to expand my professional network in only a few months. Their support of my growth and career development has been invaluable on both a personal and professional level.”
With Michelle’s positive attitude and strong skills, she immediately became a “go-to” for temporary assignments. She was always willing to take on any assignment, no matter how big or small, and we always received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our clients. She even covered an internal administrative position at KNF&T for two weeks where she was able to hit the ground running.
In June, Michelle was placed at a private wealth management firm as a Wealth Strategies and Fiduciary Services Assistant. Having experienced a wide variety of roles in many different industries, Michelle knew this temp-to-perm position was the right fit for her.
