KNF&T Staffing Resources is happy to announce that Swati Patel has been named the first quarter winner of KNF&T’s 2017 Staffing Employee of the Year contest.
In June of 2013, Swati purchased her own business and ran it successfully for three years. But, the long hours meant spending less time with her two young children. So, in an effort to find more of a work/life balance, Swati decided to sell her business and pursue a career that would allow more flexibility. In her search for the right fit, she came across KNF&T.
“I was nervous when I first came to KNF&T since I hadn’t been on an interview in a while. But my recruiter, Ryane, put me at ease and our conversation was very relaxed,” noted Swati. “We looked at finance positions, since that’s what my background is in, and I was placed in a two month contract with a large medical device company.”
“Swati was one of the first candidates I met when I joined KNF&T last year and I’ve been lucky enough to work with her ever since” Ryane commented. “After her first contract position ended, they called back about a month later to ask for her back because she did such a fantastic job.”
“Everyone is nice where I work, and willing to answer any questions, whatever they may be. Plus, I am gaining more exposure and taking on more responsibility as my time with the company progresses.”
“Swati is a reliable and hardworking candidate. We hope to be working with her for many more contracts – she is the epitome of success!”
Swati was born and raised in California and has been on the East Coast for six years. She received her BS in finance from California State University, Long Beach.
