Bedford, NH – Business New Hampshire Magazine has named BANK W Holdings to their 2015 Best Companies to Work For List, featured in September’s issue.

For the past 18 years, Business NH Magazine has recognized businesses that go above and beyond to create a fun and high engagement workplace for their employees through the Best Companies to Work For competition. BANK W Holdings was one of 18 New Hampshire companies named to the list.

“As a growing company, we are excited to be named as a Best Company to Work For in New Hampshire,” said Paul Becker, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BANK W Holdings, LLC.  “Our business was founded and has grown expansively in New Hampshire so this is truly a huge accomplishment for our organization,” Becker added. We pride ourselves in focusing on all the benefits of working for a young progressive company.

This year’s competition focused heavily on employee engagement. The 2015 competition included an employee engagement survey that had to be completed by at least 50 percent of a company’s workforce. Employers were also asked to complete an extensive survey detailing benefits and workplace practices.
