FX Documentation & Compliance Analyst

Top Private Bank in Boston has a need for a

Responsibilities:

·       Support the efficient completion and overall success of negotiation of the documentation with new and existing clients

·       Work alongside key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals from the relevant credit, risk, capacity and legal teams

·       Support the maintenance of Onboarding Compliance Procedures, Policies and Guides

·       Help with all KYC and Legal documentation

·       Coordinate meeting arrangements, manage client onboarding trackers, maintain task lists, proof reading of legal documents

·       Support productivity by reviewing and enhancing processes, systems and structure with the goal of reducing the time to conclude contracts;

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·       1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

·       Experience in the financial services industry, a plus.

·       Experience in foreign exchange trading instruments and fund structures a plus

·       Experience with KYC Compliance

·       Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

·       Strong ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines.

·       Ability to interact with internal and external clients, in a professional manner.

·       Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
