JOB SUMMARY

In this position, you will use your customer service experience and upbeat personality to welcome visitors and assist in the pack out area. 

Receptionist/Pack Out Assistant
 responsibilities include:

  • welcoming visitors at the reception desk.
  • assisting the pack out area with printing, sealing, and mailing out checks/direct deposit slips.
  • filing and organizing documents.
  • maintaining an organized workspace and assisting the office as needed. 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
