Customer Care Representative

JOB SUMMARY

Duties include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and other client interactions
  • Maintain documentation of resolutions in database for review by sales and management 
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in professional manner
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize duties

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Experience using CRM systems (preference to Salesforce)
  • Organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
