- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and other client interactions
- Maintain documentation of resolutions in database for review by sales and management
- Deliver exceptional client experiences in professional manner
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize duties
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- Experience using CRM systems (preference to Salesforce)
- Organized
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
