KNF&T Expands Diversity Offerings with SGO Partnership
Clients benefit from diversity and inclusion training
KNF&T Staffing Resources, a women-owned staffing organization offering direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire roles, today announced the expansion of their diversity and inclusion offerings by partnering with She+ Geeks Out (SGO).
With this partnership, KNF&T can better assist client companies that are seeking diversity and inclusion (D&I) trainings for staff or leadership. Clients of KNF&T who have not previously worked with SGO are able to benefit from a 10% discount on their first training session or workshop with the organization. Additionally, KNF&T consultants will continue to expand their knowledge with more regular trainings from the SGO D&I experts.
SGO offers diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops with topics ranging from unconscious bias, hiring strategy, promoting an inclusive culture, recognizing microaggressions, and more. Plus, SGO is able to offer custom workshops tailored specifically to group or individual goals.

SGO’s trainings are led by the organization’s Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Felicia Jadczak, a recognized voice in the diversity and inclusion field. For more than a decade, Jadczak worked in the technology industry where she provided strategic diversity and inclusion guidance across cross-functional teams. In 2016 she pivoted to focus solely on SGO, where she is the lead diversity and inclusion facilitator, and works closely with the organization’s Co-CEO, Rachel Murray, on strategy and corporate programming on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
